- Apply a light colour as base(shimmer or matte is fine)
- using dark purple, dp different kind of french manicure-like on tips of nails
- get white colour and draw some lines as follow, and fill in with black colour
- put some pretty and light colour flowers on the nails
- apply transparent shimmer coat as needed and follow by top coat
