It's been a few years when I stayed at Golden Palm Tree (GPT) for a 3D2N.
It was newly built for only a couple of months when I went and it was not ready for the visits of guests then.
I had a pleasant time at GPT like nice breakfast which was included in the room rate but charging extra now.
Enjoyed the beach and free on-beach activities : bike riding, volleyball, kayak, badminton, football and relaxing on the beach.
Loved the beach. the big room, the amenities and the ambiance of GPT.
However, as a 5-star resort, it failed to serve customers well, failed to maintain the quality of cleanliness in the room, failed to respond to customer's complaint.....
I hope it is not anymore.
Anyway , I'm not going back in the future..... not anymore after those bad experiences
