2nd hand "new" clothes?

Read about this title from Mlaysian Babes Forum. According to the post / link, the SAs of the branded stores seemed to wear the products during their working hours and dried clean ( some were not even cleaned!). Then, they would "return" the products (put back on the rack) and sold them as brand new products!!

This is true!! those who worked in the shops before replied to the thread and admitted the fact.
Do you want to buy something which was wore with a full price?
Do you agree with what those SAs did?
Will the good image of the company be effected?

What did i learn?
Do not buy something before checking carefully which is to make sure they are "new".
Always ask for new products if you really want to buy something.
Not 100% solving the problem but at least we minimised the chance of getting "old" products~

harmful face masks

While I was reading about the talc can cause cancer, i saw this in the same page of the papers.

It said that there were ten masks found to contain harmful chemicals and also bacterias in Hong Kong. This is a big big big concern for all of us since we always think that masks help to improve our skins condition but now, they are actually said to be harmful to us.

The report said that the masks contain bacterias, salicylic acid and paraben which can cause a lot of skin problems. There was not much details in the report/news and we can only remind ourselves to be concern on this issue.

Robinsons sale

I received this email recently : it's about the preview sale at Robinsons,The Gardens, Mid Valley.

I received an invitation to another previewew sale before but i missed it. I am going this time to check out what's so fun about it. Perhaps I can get some cheap stuffs there? Who knows? :)

We do not know about what products are going on sale and what's the highest discount given?

However, it's time for me to get some new panties and bras. I am going to the shop this Thursday(26/2/09) so more info coming soon. :P

talcum powder ovarian cancer risk

Read about this in Sin Chew Jit Po and it stated that particles in the powder when applied to the genitals can travel to the ovaries and trigger a process of inflammation that allows cancer cells to flourish. Talcum powder is made from a soft mineral called hydrous magnesium silicate, which is crushed, dried and milled to produce powder which is in cosmetic products used by millions.

i love nail art~~~

I love to be pretty and thus, i started to learn how to choose the skin care products that suit me, how to make up , how to dress nicely...I had never cared about nail until one day, my cousin did me a nail art with her professional style and that was really amazing!!

I had never thought that a nice nail art can make someone looks so pretty! Soon, I learned to do it myself~ not professional way as i never attend class given by professionals but, i just tried and design myself.

I would like to share my humble works here,please feel free to comment~
