Did it myself.
- Buy rhinestones or any nail jewelry parts as you like
- apply base coat and base nail colour so you have a nice nail even though you do not cover your nails fully
- group your jewels into 10 groups in different colours and sizes
- apply nail adhesive on a plastic / anything you don't need,start decorating your nails as wished
- there are the beaded chain to be added for better appearance
- lastly, you can apply a layer of top coat to secure the jewels better
Nail Colours:
- Anna Sui base coat
- Paul and Joe nail varnish 100
- Nail jewel parts from Daiso
- Anna Sui top coat
- Nail adhesive from Daiso
