It was a day he decided to bring me for dinner at Garden Lifestyle Store & Cafe after I had tlking about it since it opened for many many times. We were in Md Valley but we still travel all the way to 1u...

What's so good about Garden Lifestyle Store & Cafe that I kept asking him to dine here?

The best part of it will be the decoration of Europe garden style!!! This was what I had been dreaming about~ I have always want to make my home like this~~

I think this full of Ajinomoto, but he liked this very much.

taste good ,
moderate of amount,
but gave me a thought: are they adding any Ajinomoto?

Our main courses were chicken and lamb.
Both were so so, nothing surprised.
the lamb was less than rm 30 while the chicken was rm17.90.
Prices were fair, affordable.

The food were ok only, not really too good or too bad.

but one thing I must say is their service was extremely good.
Those Indian/Bangladesh/unknown race waitress served so so, but there were a waitress and an Indian(I think) lady served really good~~~

Oh, when we were having dinner, we heard some music.
We did not realize it until the Indian lady who served us good clapped her hands.
It was a pianist playing songs...

We did not notice her because the table we sat was unable to see the piano. It was exactly blocked by the pillars.
What a bad design......

As a conclusion:

Pros -

1. nice concept of the cafe
2. comfortable environment
3. nice decoration
4. good service
5. fair prices
6. you can buy the pots/flowers if you like them
7. clean and bright
8. A good place to rest after shopping or for friends to gather
   

Cons -

1. poor design of space
2. quite pack as the space is small
3. people who shopped at VOIR got to see you eating

I will definitely go back again and again and again~@.@

once upon a lunch@ fish&co

Once upon a time, we had lunch at Fish&Co.

I ordered the fish & chips, he ordered the spaghetti with mussels.

mine taste good, just that the sauce on the fish was too little that i felt not good enough.the spaghetti was so so, not so good but not too bad.

prices were wise, a little high compare to the cafes but as it located in one utama, the prices were considered as reasonable and some may think low~

they did not give any sauces :chili sauce/ mayonnaise.. you will need to ask for them and they had no enough man power so you will need to wait. how long for waiting? depends on your luck..

the interior design was good, it made you feel like your in a boat or in a fishing village.the lighting was not deem but yellowish.

they had their logo printed on the tissue. if yu are acollector, you ay like it.

Cheap and nice!!

I am not sure how many of us had ever satisfy with the steaks in very affordable proce??
Well, no worry, this time we are going to the super duper bonanza cheap and nice steak!!!

I was introduced by a friend who never tried it, but heard of it.
He said that the steak was big portion and not so expensive. The most important is the restaurant located near to my place~~

It calls " BBS restoran" and located at Selayang Jaya, same row with the Maybank and near the Selayang's pasar. (notPasar Borong). It can be concluded as a mamak as they sell mamk's food but they are not a stall, but a considerably big reataurant, compare to mamak.There is an air-cond room too, but very limited seats.

Back to the food. As shown in the menu, we found nothing special about the food but the price was cheap,compare to some stalls (not restaurant). When we ordered, we realised that there was no other sauces, but only black pepper sauce. Hey, I never liked black pepper sauce!!! But no choice, we wanted to try the steak and ta da... I ordered a chicken sizzling with black pepper sauce and others ordered lam sizzling with black pepper sauce.

We were shocked when the french fries and the salad served. they were served in big plate!! The portion of the fries were really big, so did the salad. I can't finish all of them if I still want to eat my steak....

We enjoyed the fries while waiting for the main course. When the waiter served the steak, I wanna faint! They were also huge!!!!
Oh man, I can't finish all of the steak set.... someone please help me.....
However, I found their black pepper sauce was acceptable after trying. From that time, I fell in love with black pepper sauce.
The chicken was not bad, as the sauce really good, spicy enough for me~
As for the lamp, it's a bit too hard. We concluded that it's not the delicious part of the lamp due to the price. We still enjoy them very much~~
